Most planners are just paper based reminder systems that help you recall tasks and appointments. All you get with most planners are a yearly calendar meant for referencing dates, monthly boxed spreads to schedule in appointments and events, and weekly or daily inserts where you can create a to-do list and schedule for the day.These planners don’t improve your productivity because the system isn’t built to help you truly plan, instead, this system of inserts is meant to help you record dates and tasks.
